2008 Annual Conference

You are OFFICIALLY INVITED to attend the
2008 HWBTA CONFERENCE in BALTIMORE, MARYLAND
June 6 - 9, 2008

TOP REASONS TO VISIT BALTIMORE
(in addition to the conference)

The annual HWBTA Trade Show & Conference has long been a traditional yearly gathering within our industry -- a chance for us to meet one another for the first time; catch up with old friends; learn about new products and techniques; discuss marketing and promotional ideas, and generally help steer the future of our own business.

If you own a home beer or wine making store, a u-brew or a u-vint, or if you manufacture or distribute products that are related to or of interest to our industry, then this conference is a "MUST" for you. The low cost to exhibit means that anyone with a product to sell (from the giant wine kit manufacturers right down to the guy with an idea for a gadget), can get their products in front of those who matter: the retailers. If you are a store owner or operator, then you should take advantage of this unique, once-a-year opportunity, to keep your business up to date with the latest products and happenings.

GOODIE BAG FOR EACH RETAILER!!

Manufacturers, wholesalers and local merchants are donating lots of "goodies" for attendees.

HIGHLIGHTS: See our conference schedule page for more specifics.

Your chance to meet up with old friends, or make new ones, within our industry.

Exhibits: Wander the exhibit room at your leisure to see what the different manufacturers and distributors have to offer. A highlight of the show for many retailers and u-brew operators. New product seminars (be the first to have the latest).

Seminars & Business Meeting: Educational and informative seminars are held to help you improve your business management, improve your profitability and hone your technical skills. These seminars are often conducted by people like you, from within our industry, so you can be sure they are pertinent and on-target.

Also included in the above agenda will be the Best of Show judging for the annual HWBTA Amateur Wine Competition. If you would like to taste some of the best amateur wines in North America, simply volunteer to assist in the judging. See our Competitions page for more details.

Another highlight will be the excitement of the City of Baltimore. Don't leave your camera at home!!

Add to all of the above the opportunity to mingle with other successful members of our business, not to mention the odd glass or two of wine and beer, and you have all the ingredients to make a truly memorable, exciting, profitable, and tax-deductible occasion.

Fill out the membership application. Call our Executive Director, Dee Roberson at (813) 685-4261 if you have any questions.

SEE YOU IN BALTIMORE!
