Exhibitor Set Up - 2008 HWBTA Conference
The Exhibits will be on the mezzanine level of the BWI Airport Marriott hotel.

1. SPACE is approximately 10'x10' and a 6' table will be provided, if requested.
2. SET-UP may begin at 6:00 am,
Sunday, June 8th.
3. EXHIBIT TIMES are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (closed
for lunch from 12-1)
4. EXHIBIT BREAKDOWN is no later than 6:30
pm.
5. NUMBER OF EXHIBITORS is 4 per table. Additional
personnel are allowed at $25.00 per person.
PLEASE LET DEE KNOW
THE APPROXIMATE NUMBER AND SIZE OF BOXES YOU INTEND TO SHIP TO
THE HOTEL SO THAT SUFFICIENT STORAGE SPACE CAN
BE ASSURED.
SPECIFICS
Any materials being sent to the hotel
must be marked as follows:
1."Hold for HWBTA conference"
2. Complete return
address
3. Number of boxes (eg: Box 1 of 2, Box 2 of 2,
etc)
4. Address package to the hotel as follows:

and should ARRIVE NO EARLIER THAN June 5th.
Only prepaid shipments will be accepted by the hotel.

will be included.
NOTHING can be hung on the walls. If you desire
a table sign, please bring one.
